I agree. I thought the darkspawn in DA2 looked too cartoony.
In Origins there were clear distinctions between genlocks, hurlocks etc. DA2 they were screamy skeleton faced things.
I would love for the designs to go back to Origins in that respect. I like the Kossith and Elf redesigns though, they can stay. ;)
